Cornerstone PE

There are no formal (UIL) athletics at Cornerstone Academy, per our charter.  However, 6th graders are required to take PE (special exceptions are reviewed on a case by case basis) for the entire year.  Activities include basketball, flag football, soccer, broom ball, Nitro ball, and everyone's favorite, Mat ball.

Seventh and Eighth graders have active CESIT choices and there are clubs that play intramural sports.  Students are encouraged to participate in local sports programs such as Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association (SBMSA) and the like.  In the past, many students have participated in the Stallions football program, that plays other local and regional teams.
